Villa de Saipem by the River is a river front villa located in Candolim with a breathtaking view of the Nerul River.

This villa has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV in each bedroom with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and a powder room in the hall.

The living room is luxurious and well furnished with top to bottom glass windows that open to the view of the flowing river. There exists a sit out area by the pool with outdoor furniture for one to sip in their morning tea by the river.

The bedrooms are spacious and very thoughtfully organized with each one having their own beauty and color coordinated tones.

Other things to note

Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed

There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power back up available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won’t work on the backup power supply.

A Security deposit of Rs 10000 will be taken at the time of check –in and will be refunded during check out.

Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval.

Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
