<li>Please note that your group must be at the jetty 20 minutes prior to departure time. Departure timings are fixed, and any delay on your part will cause confusion as more than one boat uses the same jetty for docking.</li>
<li>All products and services are sold subject to goods &amp; services tax (GST)</li>
<li>If the boat is damaged whilst on hire, the Hirer is responsible for all costs to repair damages.</li>
<li>Initial Deposit: 50% of the charter fee, which confirms booking.</li>
<li>Remaining 50% of the charter fee and payment for any add-on options due 2 days before the cruising date.</li>
<li>Boat will be delivered to the charterer only after full payment of any balance or security deposit due from Charterer.</li>
<li>Same Day cancellations are non refundable.</li>
<li>Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website &amp; are irrespective of the date of booking.</li>
<li>The vessel shall be returned to the End Port on the date and time as specified in the Charterers invoice</li>
<li>In case of delay on return, the Charterer has to pay the prorated charter fee applicable.</li>
<li>Boat protection is dependent upon the circumstances set out by the appropriate insurance agency. All types of damage and loss, crew, equipment, as well as boat itself are insured</li>
